Diputacion de Malaga and University of Cordoba participated in the Great Feria Sabor a Málaga at Paseo del Parque de Málaga (city centre) from 6th to 9th of December.
Aristoil partners organised info days and Living Lab for general public, which included:
- Conference by Feliciano Priego (University of Cordoba), addressed to the stakeholders that participated in the living lab.
- Living Lab, which was the first meeting of producers and related stakeholders in the frame of the project. Some phenolic profiles were delivered by University of Córdoba to participants who have sent samples and had the opportunity to share experiences and discuss about the relation between the olive oil high phenolic content and its taste or the consumer experiences (a very interesting issue).
- Info day, through an info-point with panels of information about the healthy EVOO for general public, which was available for all the days of the whole event.
The presence of the public was massive at the feria and the side events with the highest popularity for the show cooking events as well as the tasting ones.
