An event dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Health in Córdoba

An Info day to transfer know-how about health protecting properties of extra virgin olive oil with high phenolic concentration was organized with the contribution of University of Cordoba on 3rd May 2018.

This is the first meeting organized by the Official College of Doctors of Cordoba and included several conferences related to health benefits associated to the consumption of olive oil. Feliciano Priego presented the interest in the determination of phenolic compounds in olive oil by following the EU 432/2012 Regulation.
